Our Story

Hiring deserves better tools

We started Confeti after seeing the same pattern across dozens of companies: talented people making important hiring decisions with disconnected tools, scattered notes, and no shared evidence. Interviewers relied on memory. Hiring managers relied on gut feelings. And candidates deserved better.
